Zeigler Smoked
Sausage Fajita

| 1 lb. Zeigler
Smoked Sausage, cut into 1" pieces
2 Large Green Bell Pepper, sliced 1 Large Red Bell Pepper, sliced 1 Large Onion, sliced 1 Large Tomato, sliced 1 Package of Fajita seasoning 8 to 10 flour tortillas 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil |

Place Zeigler Smoked Sausage on large sheet of heavy duty Aluminum Foil. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Fajita seasoning over sausage. Place sliced veggies into a large Ziploc bag, add 2 tablespoons of Olive oil and the remaining packet of Fajita seasoning. Seal bag and shake until veggies are well coated with seasoning. Pour veggies on top of smoked sausage, adding 2 tablespoons of water before sealing foil. Make sure foil is sealed very tightly. Place foil pouch on top of heated grill. Cook until veggies are soft and tender, approximately 35-40 minutes on medium-high heat. Before serving, place flour tortillas on grill for 30 seconds or until warm. Fill flour tortillas with sausage mixture and top with shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream and salsa. *All ingredients can be prepared the night before and refrigerated. **A gas grill was used for this recipe. Cook time may vary depending on type of grill.
