Sausage Rotini

| 1 lb. Zeigler
Plantation Sausage, cut into 1/2" pieces
12 oz. Rotini noodles, cooked 3/4 c. Parmesan Cheese, shredded 1/2 c. Onion, diced 1/2 c. Green Bell Pepper, diced 2 cloves Garlic, minced 1 (26 oz.) jar Spaghetti Sauce 3 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13" pan with cooking spray. Layer sausage on bottom of pan. Sprinkle with onions and green peppers. Top with Parmesan cheese and half of mozzarella cheese. Layer noodles over cheese. Add garlic to spaghetti sauce and pour over noodles. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake uncovered for additional five minutes or until cheese is melted.
